Blow Moulding.




We produce plastic packaging and containers based on specifications from customers for various industries. We utilise state of the art technologies for blow moulding processes. These processes are fully automated blow moulding machines which are geared towards operating efficiency by offering fast and consistent machine operation. The use of fully-automated machines would enhance the quality of production as well.


Injection Moulding.




The company produces container caps, casing, plastic parts, electrical and audio accessories from custom moulds by using the injection moulding process. We also cater for any specific request to be made on product specification. We utilize state-of-the-art injection moulding machines to run our production, which are fully automated with computer control functions. As a result of automation, rejects are kept to a minimum while productivity increases thus improving the overall efficiency and quality at lower operating costs.

QA/QC.





At Medicplas industries we undergo total quality management practices to ensure we meet and surpass customer expectations. We have heavily invested on sophisticated quality control equipment to monitor our production process. Our team of skilled QA/QC technicians also monitor the quality of our products by conducting physical random quality checks for all aspects of surface finish properties and specification/profile of the products. Clean Room.




A clean room is an environment that has a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapours. More accurately, a clean room has a controlled level of contamination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size. This is set at: total plate count of maximum 50 cfu/g by our QA/QC. Our clean room is ISO 22000:2005 certified and is suitable for various industries such as Food and Pharmaceutical packaging.
