Tooling

Our tooling department’s main function is to provide supporting services for the maintenance of moulds used in production. The in-house services of moulds are critical in order to avoid undue delay and changes in production. The department is well-equipped with computer work stations using CAD/CAM. Other tooling facilities include CNC wire cutting and EDM equipment.

Warehousing.

We have a safe, systematic and spacious warehousing area to contain and deliver goods as per request from our customers.

Logistics.

Our logistics division is equipped with a fleet of trucks varying in different sizes to serve different customers requirements. Additional services upon reaching customers destination include shrink wrapping of containers on plastic pellets to preserve the quality of our plastic products.
